We are looking for a Head Cook with great capability of taking ownership, leading the kitchen team and ensuring that recipes and procedures are being followed in detail.

K ey areas of responsibility
Prepare all food according to standard and following procedures closely Lead the operation of the kitchen ensuring that menu items are prepared in accordance to procedures Ensure adequate food levels are maintained for smooth running of the restaurant Complete all checklists and reporting requirements Manage, train and coach kitchen staff Assist with inventory and financial management Occupational health and safety
Experience in leading a demanding kitchen environment is essential and Qualifications such as Certificate III in Commercial Cookery will be regarded. It is vital to also have the following: Leadership experience and outstanding communications skills Passion for food, quality and customer service Sound knowledge of OH&S Great time management skills Capacity for following procedures and guaranteeing consistency
