Job Description
Successful experience with sales management and implementing sales strategy and sales plans. Experience with running B2B sales teams in SaaS and demonstrable knowledge of the industry and best practices for building and scaling teams using SaaS core metrics Understanding of various sales methodologies and experience building training systems to align team members with consistent sales processes Successful experience monitoring and evaluating sales team member progress against targets, and ensuring alignment with team goals Experience with building and motivating sales teams selling software or similar technology
The Successful Applicant
At least 7+ years of successful experience in sales, with at least 3+ years building and managing high performance sales teams Experience with salesforce.com as a CRM system and other sales tools to maximise sales efficiency Successful experience with hiring and on-boarding sales team members Proven experience working within a small and fast paced environment Demonstrated ability in all aspects of sales leadership Previous experience working in a software business Experience setting up a sales team Experience running inbound, outbound and channel sales
