Data Analysts deeply understand the power of data to generate quality customer insight, manage information, identify trends and make decisions. Campaign Developers take that knowledge and use it to drive customer contact and business outcomes.
This Data Analyst (Campaign Development) role sits within the Deposits Tribe . This is an opportunity for a campaign developer to build expertise in our remediation and compliance customer engagement, participate in projects that will seek to solve customer issues and communicate the outcomes to our customers.
This is a role for someone who wants to deliver tangible business and customer outcomes in one of the strategic focuses for the bank and use data and insights to drive changes and embed processes.
What will be in your toolkit?
Hands-on knowledge and experience with tools and techniques for analysis, data manipulation and presentation (e.g. SAS, SQL, Tableau) Analytical and inquisitive mind-set to continuously improve the level of insight surfaced Strong ability to translate data insights into practical business recommendations Strong data visualisation skills Ability to effectively communicate to all stakeholders (technical and non-technical) is absolutely essential Broad capability and a proven ability to innovate and adapt to the latest developments Minimum 1 years’ experience with a marketing automation tool Minimum 3 years’ experience with SQL and relational databases Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to inspire, mentor, coach and develop others Ability to quickly grasp new content and pick up new skills and technologies Ability to ask for and give feedback High attention to detail Experience with Unica Campaign is highly desirable. Experience with other Campaign management systems highly regarded especially experience with Adobe Campaign Strong ability to operate without day-to-day direction. You will be self-driven, and able to navigate your way around new tools and teams to gain the knowledge required in order to perform your role end-to-end. Able to understand data and process flows and map them through investigation and reverse-engineering Privacy and risk savvy when it comes to data and marketing
What might a day in the life look like?
Analysing customer journeys across web and non-web channels Mapping out the path of acquisition and conversion for web visitors from awareness to evaluation to conversion, understanding the journey of a prospect and their conversion into a customer Designing journeys for prospect engagement and conversion across multiple channels Using marketing and advertising platforms to implement marketing campaigns and journeys, including: Adobe Suite (campaign, analytics, audience manager, target), Google Suite (double-click, AdWords), Social (Facebook, LinkedIn), Unica Suite (Campaign, Optimise, UMO) Working with Legacy, Modern and Emerging data platforms (GIW, ECDM, Teradata/CAA, GCP (CDE), EBD and others. Authoring copy, building email templates, and other creative/content elements Development of new reports or customisation of existing reports to provide the required measurements Engaging with peers, vendors and agency partners to establish new capabilities and data feeds in order to achieve stated business objectives Continuous generation, monitoring, presenting and conducting of 'fact-based' analysis of relevant customer and product insights to use at any time for the development and improvement of the business lending portfolio and its metrics Continuous measurement and analysis of various customer journeys Generate, monitor, present and analyse relevant customer insights, costs, benefits, and risks for customers, clients and cohort products; this could include business casing, what if scenarios and opportunity sizing & assessments as well as portfolio optimisation opportunities Develop tools and methods to fully profile products, product categories, customers and customer segments to identify opportunities and areas of relative underperformance Source data from a variety of sources to combine, synthesise and analyse to generate insights Support key data platform and/or data scheduling jobs to support insights delivery to key audiences (e.g. frontline, other tribes) Lead, Optimise, Design and execute business interventions (customers and operational) to uplift customer engagement and business performance Share knowledge and align development across your chapter members
