Reporting to the National Sales Manager you will be responsible for maximising sales and profitability across South Australia and Western Australian territories with farmers, agronomists and rural merchant customers. You will assist with new product market development, grower advice and sales of our existing products - this key role promises to be both challenging and rewarding.
With a focus on developing our Organic Crop Protectants range, you will be accountable for providing innovative solutions and establishing and maintaining influential relationships across your territory. In this role you truly can make an impact within a high performing business.
What you will bring and develop
Our ideal candidate will be driven, self-motivated and able to work autonomously. You will bring a capable and positive work ethic and above all else be passionate about the horticulture industry.
Ideally you can demonstrate:
Understanding of Integrated Pest & Disease management practices; Horticultural crop knowledge, preferably almond, grape, citrus or stone fruits; Tertiary qualifications in Agriculture, Horticulture or Natural Sciences; Strong organizational and sales skills; Excellent inter-personal, presentation and written communication skills; Enjoyment from being out in the field, meeting and growing stakeholder relationships.
We are eager to hear from Grower focused Agronomist’s or Horticulture professionals with a dedication for providing technical advice in the area of pest and disease control and/or nutrition. A key aspect of this role will be to generate sales using your knowledge to create value for growers.
