Social Media and Content Executive



Role Core Responsibilities:

Manage and execute the social and content calendar across our global Australia’s social media channels which include Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn Working with territory and global teams to ensure content is globally representative and inclusive Work with the wider brand communications team to deliver social-first content for high level hero campaigns as well as lower level content campaigns Working with influencer and ambassador teams to ensure creative content pieces are delivered in partnership Work closely with the CS teams to ensure that we’re providing top standard customer service through our global local social media channels Regularly audit Myprotein and competitor accounts for potential insights and improvements Engage in training courses to upskill your own abilities e.g. Facebook Blueprint, social media conferences Keep up to date with the latest social media trends and share knowledge and insights Travel to events when needed to provide social media presence Learn the basics on how to use creative software such as Photoshop, Final cut and Adobe Illustrator to support the Social Media Content Producer Own how we grow the Myprotein community; this includes responding to and engaging with any mentions and comments over our global social media platforms and leading any new initiatives e.g. Facebook groups Listen and engage in relevant social media discussion about our industry



Requirements



Minimum of a 2 years experience in a similar role in social media working across all key channels, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube and tiktok TikTok. is a big bonus\. Right to work in Australia Experience working on brand social channels of a big size Degree qualified from a top tier university desirable Experience on reporting on social performance Experience creating social and blog content Strong understanding the ever-changing landscape of social media Creative eye for what makes quality content Strong communication skills Can work autonomously and to deadlines, as well as collaborate with wider team Impeccable grammar and flair for writing captivating copy Ability to think laterally, and find solutions Experience using social media management platforms Confidentce building internal and external relationships Interests in fitness and nutrition Team player
