About the Role
In this fast-paced and highly demanding environment, you will work closely with the business to attract and source candidates for well needed roles.
Your responsibilities will include:
Developing strong relationships with key stakeholders Building quality talent pools Providing end-to-end recruitment solutions Screening, shortlisting, providing candidate feedback, arranging interviews and managing offers Implementing innovative, timely and effective acquisition strategies that reach high quality talent in frontline, managerial and specialised roles and support the establishment of talent pipelines About You
The successful Talent Acquisition Specialist will have proven recruitment experience (preferably 5 years) demonstrating strong influencing skills and the ability to source and pipeline strong talent.
