Reporting to the Manager – Asset Management Framework , could you be our next Asset Management Improvement Specialist. The role will be responsible for continuing to build maturation of the Asset Management System.



About the role

You will be a key influencer and a trusted business partner in interfacing with the various stakeholders within the business to understand their strategies, pain points and challenges and how you can assist them in their use of V/Line’s Enterprise Asset Management System Facilitation of workshops to develop strategies and plans to solve key asset management problems and meet objectives Apply continual improvement techniques to the asset management improvement program being able to leverage when incremental and rapid improvement is required Develop business cases and solutions to address gaps and improvement areas within the asset management system

About you

To be successful in securing this role you will be tertiary qualified in an Engineering or business discipline or equivalent and have sound experience in an Asset Management role. Lean and agile qualifications are desirable. Clear and concise communication paired with the ability to influence various stakeholders in this role is pivotal. You will be comfortable with complexity and ambiguity and have the ability to partner and influence and deliver solutions within required timeframes.
