About the Role:

As a Senior Digital Producer, you will build award-winning brands and solve business problems creatively. You must be adept at managing varied groups of stakeholders and prioritising deliverables to produce exceptional work every time.

You will serve as a senior consultant to some of our largest and most progressive clients helping them make key decisions and remain their day-to-day contact throughout the full lifecycle of the programs. In this role you will be expected to manage multiple concurrent projects and ongoing client relationships with ownership of account financial performance.

Role Requirements:

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of multiple digital projects, which can include website projects, online tools, web applications, advertising campaigns and creative technology projects.

You'll be expected to be a tech-savvy professional, with a deep knowledge of how technology works to achieve business goals.

As a Senior Digital Producer, you will be methodical, have great time management and communication skills, and can collaborate effectively to manage and deliver projects within quality, time and budget expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
Being able to provide end-to-end project management using both Waterfall and Agile delivery management frameworks, including scope, budget, detailed planning and monitoring of project progress. You will also facilitate collaboration with internal teams to design, develop and implement project plans. This includes the development of support documentation, such as risk logs and requirement specifications. Other communications include ensuring the project team is clear on all tasks delegated to them. You will highlight risk and develop plans to deal proactively with any issues when and if they arise during the project, including managing these challenges with the client. Besides risk, you'll also be on the lookout for opportunities to explore potential new projects and communicate these opportunities to the account team. Requirements of a digital project manager include expertise with project management software, general knowledge of content management systems, HTML, SEO fundamentals, Google Analytics and user experience principles. Required Skills:

Ability to effectively present to a wide range of stakeholders. Exceptional negotiation skills. Proven analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills and a proven ability to work in a team environment Strong Stakeholder and Vendor Management Skills. Demonstrated experience in managing the entire project lifecycle. Effective written and oral communication skills for use in a complex project environment High attention to detail Proficient in use of Word, PowerPoint and Excel Proficient in project management tools such as JIRA and other industry standard tools Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 5 years' Project Management experience in a digital agency, consultancy or similar. PRINCE2 or Agile Scrum Certification (desirable) Experience delivering projects in Agile methodology would be highly regarded. Values:
