Drive a consumer centred culture, ensuring a team with the capabilities, compassion and confidence to provide excellent care Work collaboratively with your team and across multiple disciplines, internally and externally, to deliver the highest quality outcomes Demonstrate an in-depth understanding and management of our drivers of success namely relationship management, accreditation standards, occupancy, ACFI, employee engagement and retention, and safe systems of work Coach, communicate and engage with, give feedback to and develop our wonderful employees in accordance with best practice and the McKenzie way Support your team to be positive and active implementers when it comes to new projects, processes, services and ideas Be a change role model who always looks for and embraces better ways to do things You will also act as the facility’s lead person for infection prevention and control, known as IPC Lead
You bring YOU: fabulous clinical and leadership skills, experience in a similar role within aged care, current AHPRA registration, completion of the Department of Health COVID-19 infection control online training modules or willingness to complete ASAP, a genuine commitment to lead, coach and develop other care staff and a passion for making a difference in aged care.
