Through a high level of communication, sales and marketing experiences contribute to securing suitable franchise candidates for the Roll’d brand. Working closely and reporting directly to the Franchise Manager to make this happen, in alignment to the overall company strategy.
Provide direction within the areas of influence to facilitate and achieve all expected results.
Lead internal and external teams to achieve the execution of the strategy.

Duties & Responsibilities
The following depicts the general and specific responsibilities that will fall within the scope of the Lead Gen Specialist.
The individual will perform these tasks when necessary and as appropriate depending on the context of each situation.
Prospect, qualify and generate new sales leads to feed the lead generation funnel. Convert marketing qualified leads (MQLs) to sale qualified leads (SQLs). Assist in securing new franchisees whilst maintaining compliance with the franchise code of conduct. Working closely with lead gen agencies (both traditional and digital) to ensure lead gen strategy is executed. Work closely with and lead third party agencies to manage and optimise search engine for Roll’d franchising, including SEO and SEM. Work closely with third party agencies to delivery creative assets in timely manner following brand guidelines. Create advertisement copy for third party platforms. Maintain a climate that attracts, retains and motivates top quality franchisees. Manage external agencies in relation to completing all the expected/ relevant activates. Be an ambassador for Roll’d both internally and externally.
Planning and budgeting
Execute the franchise lead generation plan, including lead nurturing program. Strategize to maintain increasing franchisee conversation rate. Build a pool of suitable franchisees. Develop short- and long-term plans and budgets based on all various activities, monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance. Recommend short and long-term goals and objectives to the business and the National Franchise Manager. Develop, implement and monitor systems and procedures necessary to the smooth operation of all the functions within scope of role.
Manage leads database using CRM tools and other online working platforms, such as and Asana. Manage and update all relevant advertising assets on third party channels such as Roll’d Website, SEEK Business, LinkedIn, Franchise Business, Franchise Direct, etc. Conduct market and competitor reviews as a part of the lead generation strategy. Prepare weekly lead gen report.

Key Performance Indicator (KPIs)
Secure new franchisees as per target. Conversation rate of MQLs to SQLs. Plan and manage franchise lead gen plan.
Academic & Trades Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent is desired. Relevant industry accreditations or certificates. Knowledge of the franchise sector advantageous.
Work Experience & Skills
3-5 years’ experience within the hospitality sector. Management experience desirable. Great understanding and experiences on SEO and SEM advantageous. Great understanding on generating Sales and Marketing tools on Hubspot advantageous. Strong operation skills in multi-site operation. Experience working in national multi-site operations. Operation strategy development and proven successful strategy implementation. Strong communication skills. Ability to transmit affective messages across a broad range of audience and stakeholders. Experience working with well-known brands. Strong computer literacy. Strong communication skills and the ability to transmit affective messages across a broad range of audience and stakeholders.
