We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Retention Manager to join our Sales and Marketing team based in Sydney. Reporting to the East Coast Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute targeted marketing strategies and campaigns, with a primary focus on customer retention. Responsibilities will include:
Manage integrated retention campaign activities from end to end and ensuring all requested marketing tasks are completed within the desired time-frame and budget Develop, implement and evaluate integrated tactical marketing/advertising campaigns as per the East Coast sales and marketing plan Develop successful working relationships with creative and media agencies, copywriters, designers and printers Prepare campaign performance reports and make recommendations for ongoing activity improvements / decisions Define and develop customer value propositions and key customer experience proof points for each segment to deliver successful plans Assist in developing key value propositions and go to market strategies for new products going to market
To be successful you will have:
Extensive experience in a similar Marketing Retention focused position either client, agency, brand side A relevant tertiary qualification in marketing, advertising, communications, business or similar Ability to execute and prioritise multiple projects and work to strict timelines Excellent written and vernal communication skills with a good eye for detail Demonstrated understanding and application of key success factors in developing integrated retention marketing campaigns Experience in analysis and measurement of campaigns Experience in and understanding of end-to-end consumer, B2C and B2B marketing principles Excellent at developing collaborative working relationships and comfortable working in an agile, multi-paced environment.
