Hudson is looking to engage the services of an experienced Organisational Change Manager to work with one of our key Government Departments. The successful candidates primary focus in the role will be to provide both strategic and operational Organisational Change Management advice to support successful outcomes for the Indigo Program. The person in this role will immediately complete a change assessment, then design and execute Prosci ADKAR-based change strategies and plans required for the program team transitioning from a preparatory phase to delivery and implementation.
Success for this role will rely on the individual's ability to deliver in a fast paced and at times ambiguous environment, be a good cultural fit and an ability to challenge and drive thinking in new directions.
The position will be a contract until June 30, 2021 with multiple 12-month contract extension options, please note it is preferable that you have a Baseline clearance, however Australian citizen will be considered to go through the clearance process.
To be successful for the role, you will:
Have a minimum of 5 years of industry experience as a Senior/Change Manager with sound knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools Demonstrated ability and experience in implementing organisational change across both the strategic and operational levels, including at least three years working in Organisational Change Management roles, specifically: Demonstrated ability to analyse complex situations, provide strategic advice and offer change solutions and support to business managers and project managers. Demonstrated ability in stakeholder analysis and change impact analysis to inform change, communications and program strategies and plans; Demonstrated experience in the creation and distribution of professional change and communications artefacts including email, user guides, FAQs, instructional videos, etc; Proven experience introducing change successfully in respect of the adoption of changed job functions, business processes and technologies. Proven ability to communicate with influence, negotiate outcomes and manage complex stakeholder relationships. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage staff while developing capabilities, encouraging career development and embedding professionalism. Demonstrated resilience including the ability to operate in a high-paced, ambiguous environment. Strong relationship management and communication skills across a geographically dispersed network. Actively support a positive workplace culture, with strong collaboration across the division and agency. Exposure to, and experience in applying the ADKAR methodology.
