Reporting into highly capable and inclusive Sales Director the National Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with grocery accounts. The sales/ marketing bond is strong internally, the ability to play as a team is a must.
Working to achieve national and customer sales budget expectations; Achieve NPD ranging and allocations; Segmenting customers to allocate resourcing appropriately; Promotional planning in line with annual calendars and brand strategies; and Perform category reviews.
Skills and Experience
An understanding of grocery channels in FMCG or Pharma; Commercial acumen coupled with strong presentation skills; and Clear, concise communication style including the ability to negotiate.
