Are you a self-motivated individual with strong attention to detail? Showcase your expertise in compliance and join our Employee Compliance Team. As a Senior Analyst in the team, you’ll help develop and support this growing function. Reporting to the Employee Compliance Lead, you will be involved in several transformative projects and help implement a global strategy for personal compliance matters (e.g., Personal investments, outside business activities, etc.).
You’ll be a smart individual who will develop as a subject matter expert in personal and compliance policies, processes and procedures and be confident in providing information to staff and stakeholders on personal compliance issues. You will also have the opportunity to assist with the development of procedures to improve processes and controls for all personal compliance matters, to ensure they are as efficient, effective and relevant as possible.
Your overarching tasks and responsibilities will include:
managing ad-hoc projects that support personal compliance across the Group developing relevant policies, training, reporting and other procedures developing a suite of personal compliance metrics and reporting dashboards through data analysis helping to drive process, data management and reporting improvement for the team globally working collaboratively and exercise sound judgement with geographically dispersed teams.
You are someone who has exceptional verbal and written communication, coupled with exceptional stakeholder management skills. It is imperative you bring some compliance/risk experience ideally developed in financial services or the professional services industry.
We will leverage your technical experience in project planning & delivery, data analysis and Microsoft Suite skills in return enabling you to grow your knowledge of personal risk frameworks and policy. You will need to be able to balance multiple workstreams, projects and business as usual activity to excel in this role.

The Risk Management Group (RMG) is an independent, centralised unit responsible for ensuring all risk across Macquarie are appropriately assessed and managed. Its divisions include Behavioural Risk, Compliance, Credit, Financial Crime Risk, Internal Audit, Market Risk, Operational Risk, Regulatory Affairs and Aggregate Risk, and RMG Enterprise Support.
