Job Description

The Opportunity

We are looking for someone who can be a pioneer and lead a progressive PO practice that drives continuous improvement through idea flow and critical thinking. With this you will have strong knowledge and experience in working with Agile and Lean development. As our Team Lead you will focus on helping others to become better practitioners through support, mentorship and direction. You will be pragmatic and focus on shaping and improving the PO methods, tools and practices.

What You Will Be Doing

Lead a progressive PO practice that encourages continuous improvement through idea flow, critical thinking, trial of leading practices, tool selection and the pioneer of new methods Drive a pragmatic, action oriented, data informed and iterative approach to learning and achieving product outcomes Support and contribute to a collaborative Agile practice that promotes psychological safety and Scrum values of courage, focus, commitment, respect, and openness Management of the quality of work including story mapping, user story creation and acceptance, value splitting, backlog maintenance and more You will lead others by showing what good looks like, your skills, behaviour and communication style Identify holistic operational problems and devise elegant solutions.

About You

5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner working with SaaS technology platform A history involving people leadership or similar responsibilities Have worked in a modern product practice with experience on CI/CD, TDD, Lean development and agile. Experience in Human Resources or a strong grounding in principles is desirable Strong leadership and communication skills Strong attention to detail and written communication skills Confidence in highlighting issues and suggesting solutions.
