O’Brien® is currently seeking a Telephon e Sales Coordinator to join our Darra Glazing team .
Based from our Darra Branch, with the opportunity to work from home you will be responsible for providing tailored solutions to prospective customers for the O’Brien® Glazing network.
This role will be accountable for first call resolutions for our customers by identifying and clarifying their glass needs and converting these opportunities into sales.
Reporting to the Glazing Solutions Manager and working closely with the Sales, Planning and Glazing teams, this role will be required to manage customer contacts (inbound and outbound) whilst balancing other business demands to deliver best in class customer service with every interaction.

Be experienced in a call centre environment Have a demonstrated drive for results, with the ability to sell a trade-based product Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with a varied audience Have a passion for delighting every customer Have strong administrative skills including attention to detail and accuracy Be competent with the use of Microsoft suites
