Karridale Group invites applications for the following position to join our team at the Sino Iron Project on 2/1 FIFO roster:
Salary - $125,000 - 135, 000 per annum + Super + Full Leave Benefits.
Location of work : Cape Preston, Karratha
This primary responsibility of this role is to Plan, develop and monitor the delivery of preventative and corrective maintenance programs in line with clients' maintenance strategies.
Duties and responsibilities for this role include:
Prepare preventative, corrective, and shutdown maintenance plans for client assets in accordance with client requirements.
Liaise with the Client, Management and Stakeholders to develop shutdown plans including detail Gantt Chart. Update and track the schedule during the shutdown period. Maintain records and logs of maintenance activities and associated repair details. Liaise with client maintenance staff on equipment performance and maintenance projections. Identify maintenance training needs within the KG workforce and coordinate delivery via the HR Department. Identify and organize the maintenance resources requirements as per shutdown schedules. Managing resources for emergent works Maintain technical libraries for client assets including Maintenance Scheduled Tasks, Lubrication Schedules, etc. Coordinate maintenance spare parts, materials and Labour including sourcing, storage, disposal, redeployment.
The ideal candidate must have the following:
At least 3 years' experience in a similar role in in maintenance and shutdown planning and/or delivery in a mining or processing facility
Sound knowledge of process equipment operation and maintenance.
Strong understanding of quality standards and requirements. Very strong organizational and planning skills in MS project Familiar with SAP system Sound understanding and experience in the application of safety legislation and corporate safety procedures. Good written and presentation skills. Exceptional time management and organisational skills Good interpersonal skills to communicate with client, management, and work crews Capable of working under pressure to meet required deadlines. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and Word Strong safety culture.
Additional requirements for working at the Sino Iron Project include:
The ability to pass Pre-employment Medical and D&A Testing Willingness of male candidates to be clean shaven for the use of P2 respirators
