The Theranostics Operational Lead role provides operational specialist expertise relating to nuclear medicine and Theranostics services to deliver high quality patient care. The role will lead Theranostics operations in the local market by adopting global best practice, operational efficiency, contribute to operational documentation (playbooks) and deliver training across the organisation.
What you’ll do:
Provide specialist expertise related to Theranostics and Nuclear Medicine Provide leadership for service delivery and operations including ongoing compliance with State and Federal regulatory compliance Collaborate with physicians, staff, and management team to develop and implement strategic, financial, operational, and marketing of Theranostics Services to ensure stability and growth Support service improvements (Patient Safety, Service of the Future, New Sites) and be accountable for the services compliance with audit and quality improvement programmes In collaboration with the Global Head of Theranostics and Diagnostic Imaging and Centre leaders be responsible for the operational delivery of new service/sites Proactively contribute to the referrer engagement strategy across Nuclear Medicine and Theranostics services including review of imaging referral data, tracking of KPI and development of growth opportunities. Leadership of the operational implementation and standardisation of services (new and existing) projects concerned with Nuclear Medicine and Theranostics to maximise efficiency Effectively manage vendors, contracts, and their products to ensure quality and on time delivery of Theranostics services
Who you are:
Diploma or Degree of Applied Science in Nuclear Medicine Technology / recognised qualification in Nuclear Medicine Registered / licensed with an appropriate statutory professional body – AHPRA through MRPB ( 5 years’ experience in Nuclear Medicine including PET/CT and therapy Experience in managing a team with outstanding leadership skills and strong experience in liaising, influencing and negotiating with staff at all levels of the organization Experience of developing and improving Nuclear Medicine Systems including documentation and processes Ability to prioritise and time manage in a demanding environment and consistently role model our vision and values Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships across the organisation Proven ability to build consultant level peer-to-peer relationships with clinicians and other healthcare professionals, particularly with referrers would be an advantage
