Description:Classic Eurocentric Wine Bar seeks equally enthusiastic wine slingers...We are currently looking for experienced and friendly front of house staff members to join our team on a casual basis.
As a wine bar we trade from Tuesday through to Saturday from Midday for lunch and go through to 11pm/middnight for dinner.
We close Sunday and Monday's giving you a guaranteed and ever elusive weekend off each week.We're a unique wine bar and it goes without saying that our wine list is short, sharp and to the point, (feel free to insta stalk us, we're always putting up interesting bottles we open) but we also have over 4,000 ever changing bottles at our fingertips next door in The Prince Wine Store as well.
In other words you (and our guests) have exposure to some of the greatest wines in the world on a regular basis.
Not only that but our weekly tastings are pretty great as well!To add to that, as one of the only WSET course providers in Melbourne, you are encouraged to grow your knowledge with us by undertaking a Level 2 or 3 qualification, as well as join in the numerous in house wine courses that we offer each year, from French, to Italian to Spanish. Our menu is spearheaded by the industry respected Nicky Riemer, she runs a tight team and we are the same on the floor - everyone working here has an extensive background already in the industry, so if your looking for like minded people to work with we've got you - or if you're relatively new to hospo we're here to help guide you.
