The Role and Campus



Only About Children Caringbah are looking to welcome an Early Childhood Teacher to their team. This role will see you inspiring the programs while ensuring a safe and stimulating learning environment. Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:



The Campus is conveniently located in the heart of Caringbah. This early learning centre is in a semi-industrial area with close proximity to gyms, cafes, swim schools and dance schools. We are close to public transport with bus stops nearby that connect to the wider area in both directions. Caringbah train station is a 20-25-minute walk from our Caringbah childcare centre.


Ensure the Oac Grow curriculum is being delivered at the highest standard Maintaining ongoing records of the children’s development, program and daily information for children Facilitate a collaborative work environment focusing on a One Team approach by supporting educators Create inspiring, interesting, and age appropriate learning environments Form meaningful partnerships with families to reach the best outcomes for each individual child A focus on the Primary Care-Giving Approach

What You Will Need


Bachelors/Masters in Early Childhood teaching or ACECQA equivalent NESA Accreditation Working With Children Check A cooperative team player who enjoys working in a cohesive environment Strong passion for early childhood education and supporting the needs of children as individuals Excellent written and verbal communication skills Planning and programming experience as well as leadership skills
