The role
MessageMedia is recruiting for a Strategic Account Manager to join their team. This role will be responsible for managing key Partner and Reseller relationships, with three core goals.

1. Growing Gross Profit by improving penetration, driving subscription cross sell and building support from Partner & Resellers for use case expansion

2. Client retention and satisfaction

3. Margin retention

Other key responsibilities of the Strategic Account Manager will include;

  • Delivering gross profit growth – successfully grow GP from and Partners and Resellers
  • Building strong relationships with Partners and Resellers
  • Ensuring successful renewal of existing contracts of High Value Channel Partners and Resellers
  • Researching relevant industry trends within customer segments and industries to identify messaging opportunities
  • Working with go-to-market internal resources to identify strategies for new products being released to customer base
  • Implementing account management best practice and actively contribute to refining and improving global processes
  • Tracking and forecasting account growth
