Business Development Manager - SME Banking

Unique opportunity to originate commercial business transactions in Melbourne.

  • Are you passionate about originating business and winning clients to join a Big-4 Bank with a unique proposition? You will use your sound commercial credit skills and ability to network, both internally and externally to manage applications end-to-end (writing credit papers, approvals, drawdowns); whilst maintaining best customer experience.

    This role will suit someone who is:

  • Experienced in commercial lending (> $1m) whilst understanding the businesses’ needs and challenges
  • Effectively able to structure commercial debt products
  • Self-motivated
  • Highly-organised and effective communicator
  • High level of compliance and risk management
  • Team player and strong networking skills
