PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

As the management consultancy of SAP, SAP Business Transformation Services (BTS) supports customers in identifying value creation potential in the planning of strategic IT projects and enabling Digital transformation journey. The aim is to create flexible, cross-company processes and functionality, thereby influence enterprises’ growth and profitability significantly. SAP BTS is seen as a key enabler to grow software and services business of SAP.
BTS delivers: Transformation and Value Advisory, Architecture and Digital Innovation services. BTS services empower business leaders to optimize the value of their businesses through best-in-class processes, organization and solutions. BTS helps customers to achieve the desired business outcomes of their business transformations. Our Business Consultants and Architects work to create holistic solutions to align business goals outcomes with IT delivery to generate value for our customers, based on insights into leading practices and benchmarks.
We are currently looking for a Principal Business Transformation Consultant to join our team here in ANZ. The successful candidate will have a very good overview about new solutions and the roadmap of SAP solutions / infrastructures, how they deliver value to organisations through more efficient business processes and new and improved services and products to their customers. They will understand SAP’s business and application reference architectures as well as available industry specific or generic reference architectures. This helps customers to understand and extract value from technology investments and how to optimise business processes and business models. 

Key Skills:
The Principal Business Transformation Consultant role is a customer focused role. The position requires a combination of strategic and practical experience. The key industry focus for this role will be Public Sector, Utility as well as Energy and Natural Resources, therefor, proven experience delivering Business Transformation projects in these industries is highly preferred and applicants with Australian Citizenship for security clearance purposes will be prioritised.
