Construction is booming in the Wellington region, which means many more plumbing, gasfitting and drainlaying apprentices are needed every year to keep up with demand. For you, this is an opportunity to use your experience, insights and leadership skills in a new career that keeps you in the industry you love with the backing of an established and growing commercial organisation that’s known for its innovation, passion, comradery and delivering results.
Rest assured, the support you need to establish this new Otaki branch and small, close-knit team will be there in the form of an inspirational GM, administration resources and ongoing training and development, including getting you up-to-speed on NZQA US4098 and the Adult Education Qualification.

Modelling the highest standards of teaching and fostering an effective learning environment where students specific learning needs are met. In all your actions, you’ll lead by example, creating positive interactions with students, being aware of their welfare, and bringing the organisation’s values to life.
We’re looking for a sector evangelist — inquisitive, passionate and with the personal drive to make your branch the best provider of training in the region. You’ll be certified (Level 5) in Plumbing and Gasfitting, while drainlaying would be an advantage, and possess a strong understanding of the apprenticeship process and qualification. In fact, you’ve probably trained many on-the-job and understand exactly what’s required.
