Client Management Take a commercial perspective of the client's eCommerce goals and offer strategic recommendations, meeting the direction and required focus for the business Proactively manage client engagement with structured engagement plans and oversight of eCommerce education and delivery vs targets
3. Commercial Act as eCommerce thought leader for internal teams and key senior clients Ensure reporting quantifies the business value of the eCommerce strategy, along with rigorous media metric performance analysis
