About the Role

The Regional Director will be responsible for delivering business results across their respective region that align to the Annual Operating Plan for the Project Development Services team, as well as the day to day oversight for all clients and projects in their region.

The successful candidate will ensure all our clients are delivered exceptional projects through proactive solutions that are tailored to market conditions. You will also be key in developing the states sales strategies, ensuring that key clients are identified, targeted, managed and revenue converted for opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Developing sales and market specific strategies for revenue conversion in your respective region
  • Working with the state leads to identify and deliver on client satisfaction
  • Working with leadership to help position the business as a market leader in the services we offer
  • Identify growth areas for sectors or services that may be available as well as oversee and guide the state leads in the delivery of day to day works by acting as an escalation point
  • Resource allocation and identification (both delivery and talent pipelining)
  • About You

  • Extensive experience operating in market region or similar scale
  • Extensive business experience including human resources management, legal and risk management and client management
  • Experienced operator with industry leading recognition in the region or market
  • Minimum tertiary qualifications in building, construction or engineering related disciplines
  • Preferred completion of general management coursework or training through an accredited training body (completed or working towards)
  • Highly proficient in client engagement and management
  • Highly proficient in procurement and contracting methodologies
  • Highly proficient in financial understanding and management at a business line level
