Labourpower is currently seeking an experienced Storeperson with forklift licence for our client for their sites based in Berrinba. Our client is a leading supplier and wholesaler in air conditioning. This role will mainly be focused on the smooth running and operation of the warehouse and accurate processing and loading of orders. This is a genuine temp to perm position and will be starting immediately!

Your duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Warehouse operations experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of OH & S standards
  • Prepare stock on time for collection by customers and/or couriers
  • Maintain inventory controls and take part in stock take, when required
  • Execute the accurate receiving and dispatching of goods including loading and unloading goods
  • Contribute to the improvement of warehouse and stock procedures
  • Check for damaged or missing goods
  • Ensure documentation, labelling, palletisation and presentation of stock is done correctly, including data entry and retrieval

    • To be successful for the role, you must:

  • Have a current forklift licence, with proven experience
  • Own car and licence
  • Organisation and time management skills
  • Physically fit
  • Good communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Available for immediate start
  • Able to work Monday to Friday with overtime when required
  • Good computer knowledge, including outlook, work and excel
