About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Activation Planning & Delivery Manager, this exciting, newly evolved role facilitates and coordinates the day-to-day administration and operation of the QLD Field Sales team, working closely with team of Account managers and Field Sales Manager.

Key responsibilities include (not limited to):

Field Sales Support:

  • QLD State facilities coordination

  • Sales presentations and conference planning & execution

  • Providing administrative support to the QLD Field sales team, including:

    Account Manager & Field Sales Manager support

    Sales team meetings and State event management

    Cocktails on Tap management

    Brand Ambassador schedule management

    Contracts and pricing support

    CRM support

    Key State contact for Warehousing coordination and management

  • Customer Marketing support:

  • The State Coordinator works closely with the Customer Marketing team on the development of activation plans for the Independent channel’s activations throughout the process from concept to execution. Engaging with a number of key stakeholders from Brand Managers, agencies to the Field teams, they coordinate and communicate plans to ensure they are executed, including:

    Management of logistics of point of sale and gift with purchase: requirements, management of printing and distribution

    Communication of activation calendar to Field Sales team

    Support Activation Managers with trade presenters for new product development

    Development of sales reports and performance analysis for activations

  • Assisting the Activation Planning & Delivery Manager with sales conference planning, sales reporting, activation tracking and M&E analysis.

  • About You:

    You will be a highly organised individual with a positive, can-do attitude. You will work well under pressure, relish a challenge and demonstrate proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.

    Education:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Commerce or business management desired

  • Experience / Background:

  • Minimum 3-5 years in administration or sales and marketing support role

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with proven ability to work in cross functional teams with multiple stakeholder engagement

  • Strong relationship building skills

  • Open to change and ambiguity and demonstrate initiative, self-motivation and proactivity

  • Strong problem solving and exceptional analytical ability

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Office (in particular Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (minimum intermediate skills))

  • Experience in sales environment would be advantageous.
