Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
To ensure positive development of the adidas brand image, a sustainable and profitable business through adequate Trade/Retail Marketing planning and execution at the POS.
Balance brand and category message against trade specific requirements.
Ensure brand presence (global footprint) and sell-through at POS by omni-channel specific plans (Trade/Retail) with adidas Brand Marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Assist the Senior Manager, Omni-Channel Marketing with the development and implementation of the channel specific brand calendar, including campaigns across Performance and Style. Execute campaign rollout across trade channel, from end to end, in line with APAC direction. Drive detailed campaign briefs, timelines, budgets and manage execution and delivery for own trade channels. Coordinate and manage the planning and implementation of all activity assigned channel including elements of point of sale, events, promotions, staff engagement and omnichannel initiatives. Work in alignment within the team (Retail Merchandising, Store Development, Franchise Operations, CTC, Wholesale Account Manager, Brand Manager, Digital) to execute the brand vision across all assigned wholesale and/or retail doors across Australia and New Zealand. Provide input before, during, and after campaign deployment to ensure alignment with APAC, brand, channel, and CTC teams, as well as providing reporting documentation required. Support the marketing activation activity for all relevant Wholesale projects rolled out within the market and/or all in-store communication process for Own Retail/Franchise stores, (concept store, factory outlets, as well as all adidas showrooms and offices). Manage the WHS/Retail marketing working budget, including the administrative tasks required to track and document the budget. Manage relationships with external suppliers and agencies, on all wholesale/retail marketing initiatives. Support the activation of all promotions and traffic driving initiatives for the Wholesale/DTC channel. Assist the Senior Manager, Omni-Channel Marketing as required on additional projects and activities.
ROI/Net Sales of supported Categories. Brand presentation within Wholesale Channel and/or Own Retail and Franchise stores Sell-through of key campaigns. SWB and MWB budget management.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Marketing professional with advanced marketing and sales knowledge/experience across sport and fashion/lifestyle. Solution oriented personality who understands to balance brand equity/ building a brand and commercial relevance/interest of channels.
Requisite Education & Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
> 5 years of experience in trade, retail marketing or sales. Marketing degree or related qualification Fluent in English (writing and verbal). Excellent presentation skills. IT Skills: Outlook, Excel and Word: Basic; PowerPoint: advanced.
