As an HR Business Systems Coordinator, you will work end to end across our HR systems, ensuring their effective and efficient operation. This 6 month contract role reports to the HR Advice & Systems Manager and will be responsible for regular testing cycles as well as improvements and project work.
Excellence in execution of HR practices and processes by providing consulting services to HR projects and new initiatives when required. Test coordination and execution for HR related projects such as Success Factors release testing Coordinate with HR Subject Matter Experts, to ensure process documentation, intranet and other relevant material is up to date and accurate Work with Local, Regional and Global ITHR on Logging and testing change requests on behalf of the HR Function Support the implementation of any new HR system initiatives or projects Back up the HR Data Specialist to coordinate and implement all activities associated with Position Management

Tertiary qualifications in HR or Business, along with high level systems literacy with SAP, Success Factors or similar HRIS systems Experience working with HP Application Lifecycle Management Skilled in business analysis and knowledge of change management and project management practices Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills The ability to influence key stakeholders to adopt recommended best practices
