Description:

We currently have a need for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Lead to join our Global consulting client on a major upgrade project.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

Developing technical/functional designs by engaging with key stakeholders within the business

Undertake requirements gathering and gap analysis

Conduct CRM solution workshops with key stakeholders

Create high level technical designs for the Dynamics 365 upgrade

Assist with data migration planning

Create integration specifications and designs

Suitable candidates will have proven experience in the following areas:

Hands-on technical implementation experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013/2015/2016/D365 on premise or cloud based solutions.

Experience in upgrading Dynamics 2011/2013 on-premise to D365 online either using a traditional approach or using Microsoft FastTrack service

Hands on experience in configuring and customising MS Dynamics CRM, CRM Web API and JavaScript (OData/REST)

Experience in integrating Dynamics with Outlook, SharePoint, O365 Administration and AD Synchronization

This is a 6 month contract role with the option to extend. The position will be Brisbane based.
