Our client is a successful & well known Real Estate agency located on the idyllic Northern Beaches of Sydney. This agency specializes in prestigious properties and has a reputation for its ongoing success.
Currently seeking a Property Manager to join this close-knit team, that have a
 strong focus on client communication and an emphasis on team culture.

The Role:
Working predominately Monday – Friday this role will see you work on a local based portfolio of prestige luxury homes.
Your responsabilities will include:

  • Handling leasing enquires 
  • Leasing and open for inspections
  • Lease renewals
  • Processing application
  • Routine inspections
  • Ingoing and outgoing inspections
  • Repairs and Maintenance
  • Liaising with tenants and landlords
  • Database management 

    • The Candidate:

  • 1+ years previous Real Estate experience
  • A current certificate of Registration & driver’s license
  • High level of professionalism & top notch presentation!
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Wants a career, and to be apart of a growing team
  • Good knowledge of the Northern Beaches
