To undertake the provision of comprehensive clinical pharmacy services at Prince of Wales Hospital, Sydney Children's Hospital (Randwick Campus) and Royal Hospital for Women ensuring the provision of a high quality service  according to accepted standards and practices and ensuring optimal outcomes for patients.

  1. Full registration or eligible for full registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia with no restrictions on scope of practice
  3. Demonstrated relevant clinical pharmacy experience (including experience in a hospital environment) and a range of clinical knowledge
  5. Demonstrated good interpersonal skill
  7. Demonstrated good verbal and written communication skills including clinical documentation skills and patient counselling skills
  9. Demonstrated commitment to develop and improve skills relevant to current practice including evidence of self-directed learning continuing education
  11. Demonstrated problem solving skills
  13. Demonstrated ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
  15. Proven attention to detail and accuracy in undergoing all tasks
