As our newest Junior Research and Insights Analyst you be joining SCA iQ within the national Research & Insights team to leverage business performance by providing up-to-date analysis on consumers, brands and categories to appropriate internal and external stakeholders. Please note this role is available on a 11-month parental leave contract.

Reporting directly to the Head of Sales Research and Insights, you will work across Metro Radio, Regional Radio, Digital and TV to provide data analysis and insights on the entire network’s entertainment solutions.

Make no mistake, we are after the best. The successful candidate will HAVE;

  • A natural sense of curiosity and urge to understand the ‘why’.
  • A Degree in Media/Communications/Marketing or similar
  • Some knowledge of research software (Nielsen, Roy Morgan, GFK etc) or survey software (Alida Sparq) is advantageous
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Knowledge of Market Research skills (survey design, analysis, methodologies etc) is advantageous
  • An understanding of the Australian media landscape and the relevant principles of market research
