You will provide exceptional customer service to key clients and to contribute to the operation of all divisions within the company. Act as an initial point of contact for customer enquiries Liaise with customers regarding the time and day for the fitting of the product, and update the customer of any changes. Provide product information and pricing to customers Identify customer specifications and requirements, facilitating fitting dates and payments Checking in of customers Data entry into systems Generating invoices. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Candidate Proven experience in a similar customer service role Strong attention to detail, able to work in a busy environment Have the ability to build rapport with stakeholders Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills Intermediate skills in Microsoft office
