    You will provide exceptional customer service to key clients and to contribute to the operation of all divisions within the company.

  • Act as an initial point of contact for customer enquiries
  • Liaise with customers regarding the time and day for the fitting of the product, and update the customer of any changes.
  • Provide product information and pricing to customers
  • Identify customer specifications and requirements, facilitating fitting dates and payments
  • Checking in of customers
  • Data entry into systems
  • Generating invoices.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Candidate

  • Proven experience in a similar customer service role
  • Strong attention to detail, able to work in a busy environment
  • Have the ability to build rapport with stakeholders
  • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft office
