About the role

Community Care Workers deliver a range of ‘At Home’ aged care services and mostly work independently in clients’ homes, but with direct support from their Care Manager. Services include:

  • Assisting with Personal Care (shower and toilet needs)
  • Management of Medication
  • Meal Preparation
  • Light domestic duties
  • Social support and community engagement
  • Ad hoc administration
