About the role:

You will be accountable for the operational success of their sites, charged with leading and motivating onsite teams of talented Blasting Professionals and Operators, to ensure safe and efficient delivery of services on each of these client sites.

Based one of our most important customer sites close to Biloela, QLD. This position will operate on a residential Monday to Friday roster, and housing assistance will be offered with the package if required.

You will be at the front line of each of our customer’s operations. You will be the face of our business and one of the many reasons why we continue to be a global market leader in blasting.

No two days are the same in the lives of our Site Supervisors, therefore adaptability, a cool head under pressure, an ability to prioritise tasks, and providing superb levels of customer service are key to their success.
