    ABOUT THE ROLE
    The Solution Architecture Lead is responsible for providing specialist technical advice and guidance to a team of Solution Architects to ensure that technical solutions are in-line with industry best practices and TAFE NSW technology standards and strategic direction. 

    The position holder will also have responsibility for overseeing and guiding the development of a target architecture, implementation of innovative designs and solutions using emerging technologies that support TAFE NSW overall Systems Group strategy.

    ABOUT YOU
    We are looking for an experienced individual with extensive knowledge of architectural direction across the multiple development teams who can develop, test and implement technology solutions and report on delivery commitments to ensure solutions are implemented as expected and to agreed timeframes.

    You will take great pride in your deliverables and will be given the opportunity to leverage your technical, stakeholder management and communication skills. The Solution Architecture Lead will be expected to contribute deep technical knowledge to the implementation project team through the project lifestyle and will ideally have experience undertaking similar projects.

    You are analytical, organised and a natural problem solver. You enjoy building trusting relationships, collaborating with your team and taking initiative.

    ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

    1. Degree qualification in related field or equivalent significant experience.

    2. Experience in developing enterprise level ICT strategy and architecture targets, directing third-party suppliers, large-scale cloud based or packaged application environments and in the establishment of an ICT and business services capability for a large organisation.

    3. Ability to address and meet focus capabilities as stated in the Position Description.

    WHAT YOU’LL RECEIVE

    This position offers a base salary of $178,566 p.a. plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
