We are currently seeking a results-oriented Enterprise Account Manager to be based in Melbourne. You will act as an account lead for a couple of large enterprise accounts. In this highly collaborative role, you will work with sales teams across all of the HPE business units, and be responsible for understanding the customers IT and business objectives, priorities and requirements and challenges to sell the right HPE solution to add value to the customer. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will - Build and develop relevant customer relationships with key influencers and decision makers in IT and business. Influence the decision-making of customer executives through describing the value of HPE's solutions and their relevance to the customer's priorities. Lead complex sales engagements, and coordination to meet deadlines. Oversee engagement with cross-Business Unit portfolio solutions. Accountable for and supportive in deal closing and orchestrating the deal team. Build and drive sales pipeline. Build and execute a plan to drive growth and profitability across HPE's portfolio, in a structured way. Formulate and present technology choices for the customer that will expand HPE's presence in the account. Develop and maintain a view of the partner landscape in the account. Develop partner relationships. Run an active governance process for the partner network for the account/s. Work with the internal Partner Business Manager to assess and update the partner strategy for the account. Build and continually update a thorough understanding of HPE products, solutions, and service offerings - their value propositions, competitive differentiators, and benefits to our customers and our customers' customers. About You - Ideally 8 years experience in IT sales, including success in achieving/exceeding sales targets. Persistent in the face of obstacles and a will-to-win orientation. Able to skillfully articulate a vision for the future and a path to achieve it in an account business plan, aligned with the HPE strategy, and HPE business units. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain a rapport across many constituencies and influencers. Possess highly developed business acumen and negotiation skills. Ability to work effectively with extended and cross-function teams in a matrix environment. Experience selling into telecommunications sector highly regarded. Bachelor Degree or equivalent highly regarded.
