As part of our continued growth, Zip is looking for a Digital Designer to join the Marketing Team and support our Strategy Team as they pursue new opportunities to drive growth and engage with our investor base.As our Digital Designer, you will be responsible for supporting the ideation, content creation and execution of both internal and external materials to support Zip’s growth and engage with our investor base as we drive Zip as the preferred payment option at checkout. You will apply your design thinking and expertise to support our Marketing Team across all channels - paid, owned and earned where required. As a key brand ambassador, you will also be responsible for continuing to shape the brand and visual design language here at Zip.
In this role you will: Partner with the Strategy team to develop key marketing and investor relations materials to support our growth and engage with investors Support the Marketing Team to execute the annual Zip calendar of integrated campaigns and programs that build effective awareness, acquisition and engagement of Zip customers across multiple channels Work directly with our Strategy Team to develop propositions and communications for current and potential shareholders Understand our customer and merchant network to design engaging materials that communicate how our digital products support them to own it Support product, partner and marketing experiments, to test and learn then scale Support the ongoing evolution of the Zip brand, the visual design language and how the brand is brought to life across all partner and investor touchpoints and communications
Your experience: 3+ years’ experience in a design role, delivering B2B and B2C campaigns in retail/e-commerce or double-sided marketplaces Ability to tell stories, develop campaign ideas and execute on them Confident with PPT/Google Slides, Sketch, Adobe CC, inc. Photoshop and Illustrator An understanding of good UX/UI and how to take our customers and investors on a journey A lover of consumer product, who understands how to engage and retain customers through compelling campaigns and content Understanding of how to use data to drive insights and learnings of campaigns A natural team player, with the ability to manage stakeholders, influence and sell your ideas
