While specific responsibilities will vary based on previous experience, the ideal candidate will have the following: A minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm or project-based, team-oriented environments. Additional Industry Experience advantageous. Strong Market/Environment knowledge, and issues facing firms today and in the future, with experience of helping clients to address them. Strong Retail & CPG industry knowledge, with deep expertise in key practice relevant content areas. Proven track record in assisting global or local leading soft-line brands establish market presence, increase market share or achieve rapid growth in the China market Rich experience in wholesale to retail transformation in retail or consumer goods sector, in the capacity of a change agent, from strategy formulation to transformation facilitation or implementation, especially in the digital or omni channel context Hands on experience in introducing or implementing various operating models that enable omni-channel strategies Experience in product portfolio optimization, retail operations excellence and supply chain strategy are a plus. Well-connected to the soft line sector eco-system, with extensive exposure to best practice of end to end go-to-market or product life-cycle management processes Seasoned project manager with proven track record of quality delivery and project management Proven track record of project leadership, execution, managing teams and work streams, and business development excellence, against tight deadlines in fast paced and demanding environments Acting as a trusted advisor to senior clients, with the ability to guide and influence thinking Engagement in building business, and creating relevant and impactful intellectual capital Team development, and a strong personal brand both within and outside the firm.
