The Opportunity

Reporting into the workplace Collaboration Lead, you will be tasked with providing support and continuous improvement for the Collaboration service and supporting platforms. As the Collaboration Analyst, you will act as the escalation point for incidents and service requests arising within Workplace Technologies Services (WTS).

As an integral part of a team, you will identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives within the collaboration and supporting platforms increasing efficiency and/or effectiveness of the service itself or the delivery of the service. Your team-first attitude, problem-solving, and communication skills will have a positive effect on team culture as well as ensure excellence in IT support services, documentation, team performance, and continuous improvement with a focus on -

  • Mentoring and developing teams from a collaboration focused perspective
  • Act as an escalation point for the Service Desk and provide support
  • Take a responsible approach to cost and financial impact on technology within DuluxGroup
  • Ensure continuous improvement in the delivery of IT services across the business
  • Ensure the culture within the Workplace Technology Services and Service Management (WTSM) team is positive and outcome-focused

    What you will bring and develop

    You are a talented professional with sound experience in handling level 2 or level 3 incidents related to Microsoft cloud platforms. You are a positive personality with a natural flair to connect with people and mentor and assist the team when required.

    Other key skills and experience include:

  • Experience in a technical position, supporting M365 and other collaboration platforms
  • M365 Fundamentals certification is preferred
  • Experience with ITSM and continuous improvement
  • Platforms administration: M365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams), HCL/Domino Notes beneficial but not essential
  • Technologies (Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, PowerShell)
  • ITIL certification is desirable
