Paid Social Media Specialist (BB-4B383)

Our client, a fast-growing technology company and B2B marketplace, working with clients across the Tech, Finance and Energy industry, is currently seeking a Paid Social Specialist to join their growing marketing team. This person will report directly to the Marketing Manager.

Duties will include
  • Develop, implement and manage all aspects of social media planning and buying – including strategy, target analysis, ad setup, content calendar, monitoring and reporting.
  • Managing campaign structure, targeting methodology, reach and engagement objectives.
  • Producing assets for both paid and organic content.
  • Manage paid social budget.
  • Keeping up to date with industry topics, new features and innovation.
  • Working across Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn.


    • What you will need:
  • 2 + years Paid Social Media experience agency or in-house.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • An excellent work ethic, problem solving and proficient time management skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions, be organised and work autonomously
  • Advanced MS Office skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of digital marketing platforms including Facebook Business Manager, Facebook Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Data Studio.
  • Experience in copy writing a plus
  • Marketing or Communications Degree preferred.
  • MUST have full working rights in Australia.
