  • The Opportunity:

    This company supplies to the largest beverage producers in Australia. Demand is consistently on the up and customer retention is a key deliverable. This new role is being created to focus on strengthening the relationship between customer and supplier, adding a new layer of support, coordination, feedback and troubleshooting.

    The role covers quality and safety on site to ensure customer SLA's are being met but also works to seek improvements that can enhance both production efficiency and customer experience.

    Naturally you'll be the face of the business to key customers and once you've developed a strong connection and working relationship, your role can expand to other growing accounts.

    Growth is forecasted to be approximately 40% next financial year.

    Major Focus Areas:

  • Customer Support - customer NCR process, developing relationships, attending reviews on-site, improvement projects, new trials, quality management,
  • In Plant Quality - site quality champion, lead training and development, manage NCR, supplier reviews, plant trials.
  • Quality & Food Safety Management Systems - maintenance, certifications, audit and training.
  • Continuous Improvement - leading quality and production efficiency projects.
  • What we need from You:

  • Continuous improvement mindset and evidence of driving such ideas in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Organisation and coordination of multiple projects, stakeholders and initiatives. Communicating clearly and transparently to hit deadlines and expectations.
  • An ability to put customers first. Build and maintain productive working relationships and always look for ways to improve the customer experience. You may not come from a customer background but internally this should be something you adhere to.
