We have a fantastic opportunity for an Allrounder to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for offering a quality customer service experience in all areas for our guests.

This is a casual position working a variety of shifts. Flexibility is required to cover morning, afternoon or evening shifts, including weekends.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:

• A capacity to work efficiently unsupervised
• Commitment to be part of an energetic team
• Previous experience preferred , not essential
• Ability to follow standards & procedures
• High level attention to detail
• On the job training provided

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Cleaning rooms/ bathrooms and bed making to productivity levels
• Replacing towels, linen etc
• Resetting the room according to standard
• Maintaining guest room security
• Maintaining the highest level of   hygiene & cleanliness at all times  
• Responsible for preparation and set up of restaurant
• Ensuring breakfast buffet is well stocked
• Receive orders from guests and communicate these to the chef
• Delivering food and beverages
• Clearing tables and responsible for dishes and cleaning restaurant after service

To succeed in this role you will be highly motivated, reliable, hardworking and work exceptionally well in a team environment. An ongoing commitment to working shifts consisting of early mornings and weekends is essential.
