    The Role

    Day to day you will be responsible for the management of a neat and tidy portfolio consisting of 120 properties, with an admin support. Duties include but not limited to:

  • Leasing of your properties
  • Routine inspections
  • In going/outgoing inspections
  • Maintenance management
  • Arrears management
  • Liaising with tenants and contractors as well as reporting to owner
  • Day to day PM duties

    • About You

  • Minimum 2+ years experience as a Property Manager
  • Great attention to detail and excellent time management
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Well presented
  • Current WA’s Drivers licence – company cars to use!!
