With products ranging from traditional print through to software, solutions, Managed Services, digital marketing, IT and AP software, this is a chance to work with a dynamic evolving organisation.

What’s on offer

We have an opportunity for an onsite Recruiter, focusing on FXA’s newly acquired CodeBlue business for all IT support, technology and service solutions roles. You will also support the finance and APAC operations recruitment for Fuji Xerox more broadly.

As a globally established and leading brand, FXA is on a journey of transformation as it expands into digital solutions and services, with a key focus on technology and EVP. This role is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your technical talent acquisition experience, take ownership of the end to-end-recruitment needs for your business area, and engage with your stakeholders, influence and educate.

As part of Korn Ferry RPO you will have access to learning and development support and unparalleled career opportunities. We pride ourselves on high quality execution, encourage a culture of ongoing career development and recognise performance and commitment.

The role will initially be a 6-month fixed term contract, with potential to go permanent. The role is based onsite at Macquarie Park, with flexible working arrangements on offer.

With a demonstrated background in IT and Technical end to end recruitment, including strategic sourcing, talent pipelining, recruitment processing and stakeholder management, you'll create an immediate impact with your hiring managers.

You will demonstrate strong capability building relationships, taking initiative and lateral thinking. Your strong consultative nature will have you shine in this role. Resilience and the ability to deal with ambiguity, as well as educate and lead hiring managers through the recruitment process will enhance the opportunity to forge strong relationships.
