We have an opportunity for an onsite Recruiter, focusing on FXA’s newly acquired CodeBlue business for all IT support, technology and service solutions roles. You will also support the finance and APAC operations recruitment for Fuji Xerox more broadly.

The role will initially be a 6-month fixed term contract, with potential to go permanent. The role is based onsite at Macquarie Park, with flexible working arrangements on offer.Experience
With a demonstrated background in IT and Technical end to end recruitment, including strategic sourcing, talent pipelining, recruitment processing and stakeholder management, you'll create an immediate impact with your hiring managers.
You will demonstrate strong capability building relationships, taking initiative and lateral thinking. Your strong consultative nature will have you shine in this role. Resilience and the ability to deal with ambiguity, as well as educate and lead hiring managers through the recruitment process will enhance the opportunity to forge strong relationships.Next steps
