About the Role
We are looking for a high energy, creative and dedicated Marketing Manager for a full time position, to develop and deliver on the brand direction for our Portmans brand.
Reporting to the General Manager - Marketing, responsibilities include but are not limited to: Ensuring the timely coordination and implementation of marketing activities as per the brand strategies Coordination and implementation of the brand digital programs including EDMs, social media and website content Drive the internal alignment of the brand strategy and message – playing a key influencing role with the Product, VM and Retail team in Head Office Management of all creative agencies to ensure high standard of production and creative campaigns Work with General Manager Marketing create and manage the annual marketing budget Critically assess the impact of all marketing campaigns and report back on return on investment
Skills and Experience You will be degree qualified in Marketing or Communications 3-5 years’ experience as a marketing manager, preferably within a retail environment Experience in managing creative campaigns is essential People focused, possess excellent communication skills, demonstrate initiative and enjoy working within a close-knit team Highly developed organisational and time management skills including solid attention to detail
