Senior Manager - CDR Compliance As the Senior Manager – CDR Compliancethe primary focus of your role will be to provide compliance SME support indesigning, implementing and maintaining Consumer Data Right compliance acrossthe CUA Group. While you may not have direct exposureto/experience in the Consumer Data Right act (Open Banking), you will have alegal/compliance background. You willinitially work within the Open Banking Centre of Excellencewithin the current Open Banking function. You will work with our legal andcompliance teams, initially within the Open Banking project to build efficient, pragmatic and compliant CDRprocesses along with creating and undertaking reporting requirements. Given the longevity of Open Banking/Data, it’s envisaged this role will become a permanentrole along side the Open Banking product owner. Thisrole will include both advisory and assurance activities, collaborating withprocess owners and training team members on our obligations as required alongwith Open Banking regime compliance reporting

You will work closely with Senior Leaders and all team members across CUA tocontinue to embed the Three Lines of Defence model and help embed a strong riskand compliance culture within CUA.

While initially it’s a 6 month Maximum Term contract, please note we envisage this transitioning into a full-time role.

Essential Experience
-Degree qualification in law/and or previouscompliance role experience
-Preferred knowledgeof legislation and industry codes relating to the Consumer Data Right and theroles of relevant regulators (we note is this isrelatively new)
-Minimum 4 years experience in a similar role (generalcompliance) within an ADI 
-Able to work independently yet demonstrate the flexibility to work well withina team
-Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Display a professional and commercial work approach
-The ability to build strong relationships and influence
-Strong understanding of compliance legislation within the Financial ServicesIndustry
-Experience in developing policies/standards specifically related to theBanking and Financial services sector
