The External Acquisition team drives a highly integrated multi-channel acquisition and product strategy with a strong focus on innovation and investment efficiency. The team is responsible for a sizeable budget and is goaled with continuously improving channel and campaign effectiveness to maximise return on investment. In order to support the successful delivery of our acquisition plans and to optimise investments to drive further growth, we are creating a new role of Manager, Consumer Acquisition Planning & Performance.
Reporting into the VP, Consumer Acquisition, the candidate will need to have a strong grasp of analytical and financial performance which they will use to take the lead on performance reporting, business planning and budget management activities. This role will suit someone who enjoys a diverse, fast-paced team, focused on building the future of American Express by driving results,
